At Mini Neo, we aim to deliver exceptional value through our AI-powered marketing automation tools. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for our subscription services.


1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from your Mini Neo account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
  • Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After that, your access to paid features (including blog generation limits) will be paused unless you renew or upgrade your plan.

2. Refund Policy

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable, as payments cover immediate access to Mini Neo’s AI-powered infrastructure and services.
  • We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused days, unused post credits, or early cancellations.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate billing or technical errors—please contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.

3. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time.
  • Upgrades: Charges are prorated for the remaining billing period, giving you instant access to new features.
  • Downgrades: Take effect from the next billing cycle.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

  • Mini Neo may offer free trials or introductory promotions for new users.
  • Once a trial ends, the system will automatically transition to a paid plan unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds will not be provided for charges made after the trial period ends.

5. Auto-Renewal Policy

  • All paid subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly using your chosen payment method.
  • Renewal payments will continue until the subscription is canceled.
  • You are responsible for canceling your plan before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

6. Enterprise Plans

  • Enterprise subscriptions are billed based on custom agreements.
  • Cancellations, renewals, and refunds for these plans are governed by the terms outlined in the respective enterprise contracts.
